Registration

When: The registration period each year begins in early December and continues through the end of January.  Late registrations will be taken, but MYO cannot guarantee that there will be an available spot to place your child.  As the registration period draws near, MYO will distribute flyers to Mason city schools and local pre-schools providing parents with details on how to sign-up for the coming season.  Click on the following links to view the flyer (which includes registration fees) distributed at Mason schools and the updated team continuity policy:

Please note: teams are formed in late February and players will be called by their coach in March.  Commissioners for each league can be reached via our voicemail at (513) 573-1311 or email from the General Information page of this website.  Please do not call to ask what team your child is on.

In person registration will be held in the Mason Middle School Dining area (use Auditorium entrance) on January 30, 2010, from 9:30am-noon.  Click on the link below to access the 2010 mail-in registration form:

Note: Please register separately using the relevant applicable form(s).  E.g. If you would like to volunteer to coach your child's team, please complete both the Player AND Coach registration forms.

Late Registration Policy - Late registration on or after 2/1/10 must be completed on-line.  A non-refundable late fee of $10 per player will be charged.  Late registrants are not guaranteed placement on a team and will be placed on a waiting list and assigned to a team if a roster spot is available.

Refund Policy - Late registrants who cannot be placed on a team will be refunded the registration fee less late fees.  Registrants who request that their registration be withdrawn will be refunded the registration fee less a $10 processing fee if the request is made to MYO in writing (preferably email) by 2/14/10.  No refunds will be given for any reason after 2/14/09.

Picture Policy - In an effort to keep costs down, this year the registration fee does not include a free memory mate (team and individual photograph).  However, you will still have the option to purchase this along with other picture packages.
