Baseball Registration Listing

2025 Spring Baseball

Mason Little League is proud to offer a fun and safe environment for kids to play baseball. Tee-ball is offered for boys & girls that will turn 4 years old by August 31st.  Boys 5-6 years old play in the 6U division, which is a combination of machine pitch and hitting off a tee. 7-8year olds play in 8U where it is half coach pitch and half kids pitch. Then starting at 10U it is all traditional kids pitch Little League Baseball.  

The 8U divisions and up all have a post-season tournament in the middle of June followed by an internal All-Star game, which is usually the third or fourth weekend of June. 

Near the end of the Spring season, players in the 8U divisions and up are eligible to try out for the District 9 All-Star team to compete in the Little League Tournament.

2025 Spring Softball

Mason Youth Softball (MYS) gives mason-area girls age 5-HS the opportunity to learn and play softball in an organized recreational league. From 6u-8u coach-pitch to 10u-HS fast-pitch, girls will learn the fundamentals of the game, and grow as a player as they advance through age groups and competitive levels. MYS has both spring and fall seasons and plays within the North Cincy Softball League. The fall season is geared toward instruction whereas the spring season is geared toward competition. With a variety of competitive levels in the league, players from beginner to advanced can get the most out of their softball experience. Come join the fun!

2025 Spring Challenger-for players w/a disability

Welcome to Little League® Challenger Division 
 
An Adapted Baseball Program for athletes living with disabilities. If your athlete DOES NOT have a disability, please see registration for either Mason Little League or Mason Youth Softball.
 
IMPORTANT IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF MASON CITY SCHOOLS AREA:  There is a glitch in the registration system for those families that live outside of the Mason School district. Please follow these directions and you will still be able to easily register.
 
  • The last few questions on the registration do not require any attached documentation for school or residency. 
  • However, if you DO NOT live in Mason during the registration process when they ask for residency verification, choose "SCHOOL" to verify.
  • DO NOT choose "residency".
  • Once you choose SCHOOL, choose OTHER regardless of where you attend school or if your athlete is currently not in school.

Players:
 
  • Co-ed League. Both boys and girls are welcome in the Challenger league. 
  • Ages 5 to 18 (or up to 22 if still in high school). Register as a Challenger player. There will be questions to clarify whether the Minor League or Major League when registering.
  • Athletes sixteen or older- Register as a Senior Challenger player. Note: Senior teams will travel to fields outside of Mason to play other Cincinnati area Challenger team programs.
 
Areas we serve. Mason Challenger League welcomes athletes with special needs from Warren County and surrounding communities. This is NOT a City of Mason only program.

2025 Mason Challenger- Winter Clinic for players with disabilities

The Mason High School Softball and Baseball teams will be hosting their FREE Winter Clinic again for boys and girls with physical and developmental disabilities who want to learn skills to play baseball/softball.

Date: Saturday, January 18, 2025
Time: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Location: Grace Chapel Church, 406 4th Ave, Mason, OH 45040
 
WHAT TO BRING: Bat, helmet, glove, and water bottle. We will have extra bats and balls to borrow if needed.

Registration is limited to 25 participants.

You will receive a confirmation email once your athlete is registered.
