Steps to Get a Refund for the 2020 Spring Season
The deadline to request a refund is Sunday May 17 at 11:59pm.
- Login to the site (if you haven't already) using the same account that was used for registering your players.
- Once logged in, you should see your main account / profile page. If not, click the My Account button in the top right corner of the main website.
- Click the Edit button for your participants.
- Scroll down below the personal info section until you see the program registration questions.
- The first question should show Refund Options. Make your selection.
- Scroll to the very bottom and click the Update button to save your choice.
- Repeat this for each participant that you have registered.
All refund requests will be submitted on Monday May 18 and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
