Steps to Get a Refund for the 2020 Spring Season

The deadline to request a refund is Sunday May 17 at 11:59pm.

1. Login to the site (if you haven't already) using the same account that was used for registering your players.  
2. Once logged in, you should see your main account / profile page.  If not, click the My Account button in the top right corner of the main website.  
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Edit button for your participants.
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll down below the personal info section until you see the program registration questions.  
5. The first question should show Refund Options. Make your selection.
   
   
   
   
6. Scroll to the very bottom and click the Update button to save your choice.  
   
   
   
   
7. Repeat this for each participant that you have registered.  

All refund requests will be submitted on Monday May 18 and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
